Mentoring
Welcome to Mentoring at 黑料吃瓜网. The requirements of the ITT Criteria 2025/2026 state that 鈥渁ll mentors should have a clear understanding of their role and the skills required to undertake it鈥� (p.29). Mentors should also be familiar with the ITTECF, the ITT curriculum and the evidence that underpins them.
At 黑料吃瓜网 we have therefore designed a CPD mentor training package that all mentors can access to support their discussions and professional working relationship with 黑料吃瓜网 Associate Teachers. Our training enables schools to claim for actual hours with an accredited provider; up to 16 hours for initial training and six for refresher training. At 黑料吃瓜网 our high quality CPD mentoring听is delivered by Brightspace, School Mentor Briefings and supportive documentation.

Brightspace
Brightspace鈥�is 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 enhanced mentoring CPD training platform. Placement Mentors will each receive a personalised login to access Brightspace.鈥�
Placement mentors will need to complete the registration via the鈥�registration link.鈥�Once this has been completed, 黑料吃瓜网 administrators will鈥�create a personal Brightspace account using your preferred name and email and email you directly once registered. Once registered, the mentor will be able to access the relevant training based on accredited prior learning (APL) evidence.鈥�
