One of our highly talented Art and Design with Creative Technologies students was offered a work placement opportunity with London-based Jason Bruges Studio.
Jason Bruges Studio are renowned for producing innovative installations,听inventions and ground-breaking works that sit between the world of architecture, site-specific installation art and interaction design.听
Jason Bruges, founder of Jason Bruges听Studio,听is the Visiting Professor for Art and Design with Creative Technologies. Jason supported and contributed to the design and validation of the听course,听and has visited the course multiple times, presenting his creative process, running master classes and setting live briefs.

Art and Design with Creative Technologies听student,听狈颈补尘丑听Greene,听was given the听opportunity of a work placement听with听闯补蝉辞苍鈥檚听Studio.听Niamh worked alongside the design team on听a variety of projects and got to experiment听with a range of听different听lighting materials and technologies.听
Niamh听said:听鈥�Interning at Jason Bruges Studio in London provided valuable hands-on experience of what the Art and Design industry can be like. It allowed me to apply everything that I have learnt听over my time听at Birmingham City University on the Art and Design with Creative Technologies course,听and confirmed听that this is the direction I would like to take my career once I have completed my degree."听
