Course aims

This hands on course will introduce you to a variety of creative photography, printmaking and paper folding techniques. We will draw inspiration from the city on walking tours to form the basis of our prints, presented in hand made zine & box form incorporating a variety of image making processes.听

What will you study?

You will explore a wide variety of techniques, including:

• Photography
• Post-processing
• Darkroom printing
• Analogue processes; photograms, cyanotypes
• Zine making
• Printmaking; linocut, monoprint, collagraph, embossing

听You will research practitioners in each of these fields to enhance your understanding of the technique. The culmination of the course will be an exhibition of your zines and prints.
