Maximising opportunities

鈥淚 was working in a law firm as an assistant and decided I wanted to commit to becoming a solicitor. A quick Google showed me the benefits of 黑料吃瓜网 such as the in house Law Clinic, so I made the Clearing call.聽My experience has been amazing so far. I鈥檝e taken part in national competitions, gained valuable work experience and even visited the House of Lords to collect an award."
Choosing a new path

鈥淚 got an unconditional offer from a university that I really didn鈥檛 want to go to. So, I decided that going through Clearing would be a better option than going to a university I didn鈥檛 think was right for me. I think about my life if I鈥檇 never taken that chance on results day and called 黑料吃瓜网. I love the freedom I have in my life living in Birmingham and the opportunities that have come my way."
Following a passion

鈥淚 didn鈥檛 get my expected grades, so after results day, I calculated my UCAS points and contacted 黑料吃瓜网 to see if I could still get onto my course. The team were really helpful, talking me through my options and helping me secure my place on the Foundation course. After applying through Clearing, I felt relieved. It gave me hope that I could still go to university and work towards my goal of becoming a design engineer."
Staying on track

"I didn't get the grades I was expecting, and my school's pastoral support team told me about Clearing and how the process worked. As a first-generation university student, going to university was really important to me. I wanted to set an example for my younger siblings, and becoming a barrister has always been my goal. Seizing a second chance

Once I found out I had my place, I was on top of the world! Knowing I was starting university in less than a month was exciting.鈥�
